So you have someone doing nasty little tricks inside your home when you are not there. You know who it is, but you just can not seem to pull into the driveway at their departing time in order to catch them red handed. If you have little things missing when you get back, chances are your home is being targeted by a thief. Everyone finds it weird and annoying to have an unwanted visitor going through personal belongings when the home is empty. Not only is this person nosy, but very brave. Sometime there could be a person with a gun sitting on the other side of the door. Now you will need a recording device that will plug into your camera. This can be computerized or by using a VHS tape. If you are not going to be home for over six hours, the VHS is not recommended. Computerized recordings do not have a time limit and can record permanently all day and night, every day and night. After viewing, the boring footage can be deleted.
Now you must angle the cameras to get the best reception. This can be a two person job. You will need someone to watch on the screen which area is being seen. Then the other person can be at the camera adjusting it.
If your camera is not operating correctly, you may have to re-read the instructions and reinstall your protection. Chances are there is a wire unplugged somewhere.
You have all the information needed to decipher how a security digital video recorder works. There is a lot of positive results that will stem from getting one of these devices. For the most part, you will not have to worry about who is breaking into your home while you are attending an event. These are a very wise decision if you have any inkling that someone is dipping into your personal belongings. Invasion of privacy is not only unconstitutional but very violating to the victim, and extremely unethical in any circumstance.
